Imagine a world where independent sales reps seamlessly manage inventory and customer relationships. At Corteva Agriscience, I spearheaded a zero-to-one initiative to develop a user-centric CRM for the agricultural industry. With a core ‘tiger team,’ I designed this solution in stealth mode to create a solid MVP. Extensive user research played a critical role, especially during COVID. I built trust and gathered insights through careful relationship-building and genuine engagement. This effort ensured the CRM not only met their needs but also boosted sales reps’ efficiency and confidence in the tool.
