A few of our biggest challenges at Corteva is getting our risk-adverse growers to adopt new products being sold by the “big bad corporation”.
The idea behind this platform came after with speaking with sales reps and growers and learning about how they approach the adoption of new products.
What we learned is that the number one trusted trusted source is the agronomist (an expert in the science of soil management and crop production.)
And while farming can be a very isolated choice of work, community is an important factor of a farmer’s day-to-day.
With these two data points, we’ve begun exploring ways to connect growers, help them avoid unnecessary and unexpected costs, and raise bring awareness while building trust when it comes to our brand and our growing line of products.
